I’ve another exciting launch for you today, the NARS Cheek palette from the Summer 2015 ‘Blame It On NARS’ collection! The palette contains two blushes, a highlighter, a bronzer and a mini Ita kabuki brush. The beautiful pink blushes Day Dream & New Attitude are limited edition and set off beautifully with the Satellite Of Love glittery highlighter & Casino bronzer, which adds a nice change to the usually included Laguna bronzer (I have so many of these in palettes that I’ve sold my full size!). Day Dream
Casino Bronzer
New Attitude, Casino bronzer & Satellite of Love highlighter
I find Day Dream (left) to be a neutral pink & New Attitude (right) to be more of a cool toned baby pink. Both blushes are matte.
Satellite Of Love doesn’t have much to it in the way of pigmentation, it acts to add a bit of sparkle in the of finely milled glitter particles. This sentence may have sent you into panic, but fear not! You don’t look like a small child has attacked you with glitter glue. The highlighter is very subtle until the light catches your face at just the right angle. I’ve not come across a highlighter like it!
I was a little disappointed that when I got the palette that the hairs on the Ita brush curved outward, leaving a little gap in the middle of the brush that there were some hairs splaying out to one side. I should have checked it in the store but got overexcited & forgot.
I love the design on the lid of the palette, which is exclusive to Selfridges & costs £45.

Yet another, stunning palette from Nars! I like that the shades included are different to the majority which tend to always include orgasm, deep throat or laguna, as you say. I’m definitely tempted to pick it up, as the shades all look gorgeous on you!

I have never tried Nars but i do really like the look of these!
