My Favourite Drugstore Autumn Lipsticks

I always love switching up my lip products with the seasons. When it comes to Autumn (I’m not a fan!), it really helps me to stay positive about the cold & the increased pain this will cause. So I thought today I would share with you 5 drugstore Autumn lipsticks! I think some of these will be obvious, but I’m hoping that I have a couple of more alternative shades will give you inspiration to try something else this year.

Drugstore Autumn Lipsticks

Swatches L-R: Revlon Cinnamon Bronze, No.7 Entice, Topshop Devotion, Rimmel Amethyst Shimmer, Rimmel 107.

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick (Pearl Finish) in 362, Cinnamon Bronze (£7.99)

The Revlon Lipstick in Cinnamon Bronze is my alternative option for Autumn. It reminds me of the colour of leaves at this time of year. The Pearl Finish lipsticks have a shine to them, while also being opaque. Because of this shine they might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I don’t find the shine to be too in-your-face. The Pearl Finishes have a creamy feeling & are comfortable to wear.

Drugstore Autumn Lipsticks

No.7 Sheer Temptation Lipstick in No. 20, Entice (£9.95)

The No.7 Sheer Temptation Lipsticks are a similar finish the the YSL Rouge Volute Shine. The sheer finish means that this lipstick is easy to wear & comfortable on the lips. I love berry shades in the Autumn, but don’t always want a bold option. This shade is perfect for a more subtle berry lip. It also keeps my lips in good condition during the colder months, when they tend to get dry & chapped.

Drugstore Autumn Lipsticks

Topshop Lipstick in Devotion (£8)

The Topshop Lipstick in Devotion is a lovely, deeper pink version of my my-lips-but-better shade. It’s similar to the No.7 lipstick in Entice, but more opaque. I love Devotion for Autumn in particular because it’s a little darker than what I would usually go for, without it being a dark lip shade. It’s also so comfortable to wear, with a creamy finish.

Drugstore Autumn Lipsticks

Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in 260, Amethyst Shimmer (£6.49)

Amethyst Shimmer is another shade with a shine to it. It’s a beautiful, cool toned berry shade that would work for most skin tones. As it’s from the Moisture Renew range, it’s also very comfortable to wear. I tend to go for warmer toned colour during Autumn & then opt for cooler tones in Winter. However, this shade is the exception.

Drugstore Autumn Lipsticks

Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick By Kate in 107, Wine (£5.49)

The Rimmel Kate 107 lipstick is the only matte lipstick I’ve chosen for my top drugstore autumn lipsticks. Can you tell I like a lipstick that doesn’t dry my lips out in the colder months? The 107 lipstick is such a gorgeous shade that I just couldn’t ignore it. It’s a perfect deep berry lip option & the price is brilliant! If I’m going out for a meal in the Autumn this is what I wear because it stays so much better than the other, creamier options. Pair this with the Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner in Obsession & you have a winning combination!

    • Maybelline have some lovely shades! Unfortunately I’m allergic to one of the ingredients they use in their lipsticks, so I can only admire them on the stand. Xx
