You probably all know by now that GOSH are one of my favourite affordable brands. If you’ve read my Project 10 Pan posts, you’ll know that I loved my white Velvet Touch Eye Liner from the brand. While I have a large number of eyeliners (most of which have come with an Urban Decay eyeshadow palette), I was really excited to try the GOSH Infinity Eyeliner when I received two shades from the SS17 Event.

There are 6 shades in the GOSH Infinity Eyeliner range. I received 001 Black* and 006 Ash*. Both shades apply smoothly and evenly. The product is soft, which is something I look for in makeup pencils. No one wants sore eyes from applying a hard pencil. The shades are really pigmented too! I was really impressed with how dark the Black shade comes out. To the point where I actually thought that I’d received 002 Carbon Black and had to go and double check to right this review. It reminds me of Urban Decay’s Perversion eyeliner (which is darker than their Zero shade).

The first time I tried the Black shade, I did so with nothing else on my lids. It applied well, but by the end of the day, the liner on one of the lines was looking a little patchy. But, I feel like this was a bit of an unfair test. I’ve never worn just eyeliner on it’s own before so have no point of comparison and I do have oily lids. Over my usual eyeshadow combinations, the GOSH Infinity Eyeliner lasted really well. It looked just as good as when I’d applied it in the morning.
I have to say, the packaging was a little tricky to get off, as you can see from the photo. But I’ll totally let GOSH off, because they have the ingredients list clearly visible. It’s so frustrating when you can’t access a product’s ingredients list because it’s on a peel label that’s covered in plastic! Helpfully, GOSH have included sticker on the top of the cap, so that you know which shade is which.
No, I’ve already mentioned in my Browhaus Classic Brow Lead Review that I’m testing out waterproof product in anticipation for our holiday in August. So of cause I had to put the GOSH Infinity Eyeliner’s waterproof claims to the test. To my delight, both shades stayed on my hand when rubbed with water. Even soapy water didn’t touch them!

I’d happily pick up a GOSH Infinity Eyeliner as opposed to an Urban Decay 24/7 liner. In my opinion, the GOSH Infinity Eyeliner is as pigmented, as easy to use and lasts as well as the Urban Decay liners. As the GOSH Infinity Eyeliner is £8.51 cheaper for exactly the same amount of product, it would be silly for me to buy Urban Decay over GOSH!
